Where are the web servers located at ?
The Network Operations Centre is located in Auckland and the
web hosting servers are connected to the Internet through high-speed
100Mb/s ports.
The web servers are monitored around the clock, and the high-speed Internet connections help to achieve greater than 99.99% reliability.
How do I access my sites control panel ?
Your web hosting account can be fully managed by using your
control panel. The control panel for your site is at: http://domain.co.nz/cpanel
or alternatively you can replace your domain name with your
web server address:
http://annie.nzserver.com/cpanel (This is partically useful
if your domain's name servers haven't yet been changed over).
When you access your control panel's URL, you will be prompted
for your username and password. Web hosting information can
be found on a link called 'Documentation' at the bottom of the
left-hand menu, in your web hosting control panel.
How do I access my Email?
To access your e-mail from web interface (POP3/WebMail) allowing you to use any computer:
http://yourdomain.co.nz/webmail/ (note the trailing slash), or
http://annie.nzserver.com/webmail/
Either will go directly to WebMail without going into the control panel. (Note, for additional email accounts that it is necessary to log in with the full email address as the username).
To setup Outlook or Outlook Express 5.x
Start Outlook or Outlook Express. Click Tools and choose Accounts. In the "Internet Accounts Windows" click Add and choose Mail. Fill in your name and click Next. Click "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use" and fill in your email address. Click Next. On the "Email Servers Name" page, fill in the server information. "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server." The incoming mail server should be: mail.yourdomain.co.nz
Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.co.nz (enter your mailbox username in the account name field, and the password below. Click Next and then Finish).
To setup Netscape Messenger/Composer
After loading Netscape Composer, choose Edit and then Preferences. Click on Identity and add your personal information. Click on Mail Server. The SMTP (outgoing mail) server should be the outgoing server of your ISP's. Your incoming mail server is mail.yourdomain.co.nz (put your username in the mail server user name box).

To access the POP3 account(s) for your domain, configure your e-mail client to use the following information:
Incoming (POP3) Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.co.nz
Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: Please use your ISP's outgoing mail server. If you are unsure what these settings should be, please contact your ISP.
Email passwords can be changed through your web hosting control panel.
Can I upgrade my account or add more features ?
You can purchase new or expanded features, or upgrade to a new plan at anytime. There is no fee for upgrading.

How do I establish pointed domains ?
Pointed domains are useful if you want access to a web site by more than one domain name. Simply contact us, and provide the domain name you want pointed and we can do this for you. There is no additional charge.
How do I establish sub-domains ?
This is done through your web hosting control panel. Sub domains are useful for adding sub-sites that are different to the main site, e.g. http://new-ic.yourdomain.co.nz
What is the preferred method of payment ?
We accept payment by either Visa or Mastercard credit card. If you would prefer to pay by Bank Direct Credit or Cheque, please email us prior to submitting the online order form on this site.
